*PLEASE STAY AWAY CONMEN AND THIEVES*Worst customer service, only sell cars to make money for themselves not in favour of the customer. Horrible “loyalty” and “after care service”, similar experience to others, when asked about buying back the car been told the car is popular in demand and zero room for negotiation because of mileage on car - even though it was sold to me with an unlimited mileage warranty guarantee. Absolute thieves.Car sold to me saying the Road Tax would decrease after 1 year as then the car would be more than 5 years old, but it has increased. Mis-sold vehicle and wrong information just to make commission.Simon Mumford not responded to email since 2 August. They are the worst ever will never ever use Rybrook!!!

Worst customer service ever at this site. Faulty part on my car which has been like it since I had the car. Authorised by a manager on the Friday then told on the Monday that they couldn't do it because it was on the inspection sheet! Seems to be a common theme in reviews about inspections not being done. Mine has been back in 4 times!! When I said I wanted a copy I was refused!! Abbie also needs to practice better customer service, saying I don't know and laughing down the phone is the reason of this review!

We recently bought our new mini from these guys using the approved mini website. The car was delivered quickly and was just as advised on the website. I cannot fault their service for start to finish. They were helpful informative and gave continuous care from start to finish. I would recommend these and will defiantly be back for our next car once we need an upgrade.

This one star is for the second hand car department which do not do a particularly thorough job at examining their “BMW approved cars” I was told the car was immaculate and original, I explained that we had seen too many painted/messed with cars which they assured me it was not.So we traveled for 3 hours to the showroom after putting a deposit on a 37k car, it took all but 30 seconds to see it had been painted, after further investigation with a paint depth gauge this was in-fact portions of the car that had filler, the entire car was reading 3x thicker paint and up to 10x thicker on the rear quarter than OEM paint so filler was present.Typically I wouldn’t write a review for viewing a car that I didn’t like however I felt it was merited on this occasion for two reasons.Reason 1: if they can’t take a couple of minutes to check a car for paint or body work, what do they check? It’s not hard with the correct tool to find where filler or paint work has been carried out, makes me skeptical that “BMW approved” means anything if you end up with a car that’s been hit and filled/repainted.Reason 2: the salesman Joe was very polite and apologetic about the situation and I understand from his point of view he didn’t know, (Joe was genuine) but the manager of the second hand car department decided to tell me most cars have had paint work done, I am not sure how he would know because he clearly doesn’t have their cars checked…. And the entire car not just one panel? Then proceed to tell me they only sell quality cars whilst stood in front of a car full of body filler and a complete blow over…… I wouldn’t have gone to the hassle of leaving a review until he told me that…..If you are buying a car, carry out your own. I bet if the paint fails in 3 years time they won’t cover it.I would also wager they won’t update the advert to warn people the car has been in some sort of impact and painted, they will just sell it praying the buyer never finds out. Technically it’s HPI clear because it didn’t go through insurance so I doubt they will want to mention it to anybody.To Rybrooks response to my review“some of these cars have had paintwork in the vehicles lifetime.” - I have detailed hundreds of cars and as part of my due diligence I have to check for body filler and after market paint, you get the odd car with some work done on a panel or two but not the entire car and body filler.“This may have been done by ourselves or previously. And I do understand that this could’ve been made clearer to you before travelling to see the car” - you had no clue it had body filler so you have no clue who fixed it or what caused it, I asked specifically has the car been painted and you said no, yet you don’t bother to actually just check? Why not say we don’t know? We don’t check sorry.

Bmw M2 Comp YE68I was deeply disappointed that after driving 2 hours each way to collect my new approved used car it was not as described.Upon receiving a video of the vehicle and Harry explaining to me to vehicle is “clean”, “theres not a mark on it” i found numerous defects on the vehicle which at no point where mentioned in any of our correspondence.The faults are listed below;NSF front bumper awful smart repair, paint not blended with orange peel and over spray on the parking sensor and all down the intercooler intake panel.Front bumper OSF covered in stone chips which are beyond “touch up paint” repair.Front OSF front lower splitter deep scratch underneath to the front edge through the paint.Front OSF A pillar lower section lacquer peeled off paint over 1 inchStone chips through paint on bonnetA-lot of Stone chips damaging both OSF and NSF wing mirrorsDamaged to front grillsFront windscreen non genuine bmw screen with rubber seal mis-fitted on OSF.Scuttle panel has been removed and re fitted incorrectlyRear bumper chipped through paint, with poor repair and a further scuff about 1cm long poor repairBoth OSF and NSF rear side skirts multiple stone chips through paint will require re-sprayBoth OSF and NSF rear lower inner arch stone chipped so bad paint has completely been removed and paint has started to chip away and rustNSF front door card large scratch doors card will need replacingOSR rear tail lamp sealing issues or cracked with condensation which can trigger a MOT failureI am extremely disappointed that as a main dealer you have not been transparent with me by mentioning any of the damages prior to selling me the car. You have stated the car does not have a mark on it and it is clean which is deceptive.Be aware as stated by Harry there checks dont include bodywork, just mechanical.No response from max when I emailed my complaint in.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with these jokers. My car, a high-end BMW model, was returned with damage following a service visit. What's more disheartening is the lack of response and apparent disinterest from the garage in addressing this issue.Despite several attempts to reach out and resolve the matter, I received no meaningful reply or indication that the garage cared about the situation. It's alarming that a service center, especially one handling premium vehicles, would demonstrate such a lack of responsibility and customer care.I strongly advise caution if you're considering using their services. From my experience, the risk of damage to your vehicle, coupled with poor communication and a lack of accountability, suggests that your car might not receive the care and respect it deserves.
