Davie collected me and five rescue animals from Paris after a long flight from Cairo. I have never met such a kind, compassionate, helpful man. He had clean kennels ready for the dogs inside the truck and cleaned out the dirty crates and replaced with clean bedding. He even had a litter tray for the very desperate cat to use. He really had thought of everything for the animals and really cared for them. What an amazing service and an amazing man!

Absolutely fantastic experience thanks to David, Linda and team. Our first time ever using a pet courier to deliver our 11 week old poodle puppy to us and we were so nervous. There really was no need to be. I enquired numerous places and these were the most chatty and helpful. They happily showed me pictures of their vans and talked me through the whole process. You have to pay a deposit to secure the booking and then the rest is paid 24 hours in advance, which I thought was fantastic! Their rates were also very impressive. We received numerous updates on the day, including a picture of our fluffy little bundle in the van. They got stuck in traffic and were around 2 hours behind schedule but they kept us up to date throughout. Honestly cannot fault them. Hand over was friendly and swift and despite pup being in van around 7 hours, he was so chilled and not stressed by the long journey (probably because they stop and do welfare checks/breaks every hour, vans have AC and he was super comfy in his bed with toys.) Highly recommended. You or your pet will not be disappointed using DL!

Trip South Italy to London!! Such a long way but it was smooth! Super and excellent service!! David is very professional and friendly but most important very caring with the dogs that he transports. I had photo and video throughout all the journey about my puppy Charlie. He is punctual and kept me updated about all the circumstances of the way!! The van looks clean and spacious for each dog! There is always ventilation and air con for the dogs. He keeps always a light on and check them every 2 hours.I totally recommend this service to transport your pet!! You’ll be in good hands.Looking forward to travel again with him for my next holiday

Davie and Linda are just wonderful. They moved my GSD puppy down to England in 2021 and were great, so when we moved back up to Scotland last week I knew I'd be using them again. Saxon unfortunately has become a bit fearful of men so initially I was worried about how he may react to Davie, but Davie was so kind and calm and caring and assured me he would be fine. He was! Arrived a happy boy in Scotland once again. I will be using them for any future moves!

Excellent service, couldn't be better, to be honest. Our furbabies came to us from London Heathrow to Edinburgh (from Bahrain originally) and after 24h of journey (included 12h in a car) they were in very well condition. We were quite stress how all will go but the driver shared location and how they are doing, so we perfectly knew where they are, and when we can expect them home. Once again, excellent service!

Absolutely fantastic experience on what could have been a traumatic day! 16 week old pup transported from Glasgow to Aberdeen port for travel to Orkney. Kept up to date with travel progress and health/well being of the wee one with chat and photos. Would recommend to anyone needing help with moving a pet, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with mine.
