I will leave a bad Review over disgusting company like you. Not good at all. Be careful they will do nothing for your case they will charge you £300 to do absolutely nothing. High admin charges for doing absolutely nothing just for a couple of emails and me to cancel with these scam artists. They won't be getting a penny from me.

My case with Swift Resolution was regarding a personal loan, from the beginning to the end it took around 10 months. We had to take legal action with court which caused the case to be longer but at the end it was all done and sorted. The case handler that was taking care of me was lovely and tried to assist as much as possible. The only thing I would say is the fact that I did had to chase on certain occasions for an update, as a person that never dealt with something like this I probably needed a little more assurance and updates but in general I was very happy with the service provided and I would recommend Swift Resolution. Absolute waste of space. I have an email from Swift's Managing Director, one Richard Lloyd-Hughes, advising me, and I quote, We are not contractually obliged to be slick and courteous

I fell into dispute with the builder who was supposed to build a fence at my house. After months of delays and a lot of unbelievable excuses, I was forced to take him to the County Court. I got judgement in my favour and he was ordered to pay me compensation of £784.09.He ignored the Court's judgement and in desperation, I approached Swift Resolution, who were helpful and understanding from the start. They explained the process involved and told me it would take time (this is to be expected) but they kept me updated and did not disappoint! Today, they emailed me to say the money would be in my account in two days.Swift Resolution were very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone in my position.

In my opinion they don't follow the procedures they send to you and promise to you. I felt they did not do a good job at all and gave up too easily. First year went by locating the debtor even though I had provided with all information. This has been utterly waste of my money and time. Would not recommend using their services. I lost more money by approaching Swift Resolution.

Used Swift for a number of years, always good advice and persistent with chasing bad debt, excellent communication. Will always use in future. Reassuring to have as a contact when you need help.
