Staff badly need some customer services training especially a fat, brown hair brown eyes bloke who not only lacks customer services skills but have no courtesy to say sorry or Thank you, usually works evening shifts. A lady and lean lanky guy are really courteous. Because of the first guy, I prefer shopping from Londis which is by the St Stephens School.

One stop becomes my one and only shop sometimes. This shop is great for 'quarter to ten' runs when you need milk for breakfast.I have been going to this shop since it became a One Stop, the family that ran it independently before were a lovely addition to the community.Over the years though, Tesco took over the competition for student shops under One Stop.I have to give the store and staff credit though, recently they have started stocking Turkish delights and baklava which are my favourite treats, and they are always well stocked.I just wish there was a better queue system though...

After using snappy shopper to process an order, I was called my a member of staff to inform me that a part of of my order was unavailable, And that I would either have to cancel my order and wait a week for a refund or pay £8 in cash apron arrival difference for a larger bottle. Instead of one stop updating their system like they have some of their products stating that they are unavailable or currently sold out. Which means this situation wouldn’t have happened.(Unless they purposely keep some items available which aren’t to take money, temporarily before a refund is processed).. suspicious. It was suggested that I would lose money either way for the meantime I’ll have to pay extra for something I did not want. I believe that this is a very foul play, unfair and that management could have more of many ways to handle the situation. Whilst still understanding the customers needs. It seems one stop is just a money grabbing shop, with very poor customer service skills. I wish I had read the honest reviews prior to placing an order.I normally order from The local herne bay off snappy shopper and have never had an issue, however they didn’t have strawberries so I ch aged just for today. What a mistake 0stars

There is one particular guy in there brown eyes and just above medium hair his customer service is absolutely terrible to me and some friends we always ask to get served by someone else. We expect kind energy when shopping at this time of the year. There is at least one lovely lady and guy that works in this shop . I am grateful some are very kind and polite

Was my local corner shop for a year while at university. Staff were always nice, had a large selection of things that any student would need. The shop is also open relatively late every night allowing some last minute, emergency snack purchases. Prices are a slightly more than the supermarkets but if you can't get to one quickly, it's more of a convenience cost. Sells food, alcohol and stationary. What else would you really need from a shop?

Nice friendly people, a good range of food, and a lot more than just the usual processed plastic in most shops this size. There is a small range of fresh fruit and veg, they usually have pastries (sweet and savoury) on offer, and there is a costa coffee machine.

I enjoy the One Stop as a place to drop by and get a cold drink after a run. Mediocre prices, but what do you expect from a 30m²-store filled with the basic goods at your disposal 2/3 of the day. In fact, I'm going to jog there just to get me smthn right now and maybe some Tabasco, since I haven't found any place distributing that stuff below 2,50 yet. The customer service in this country is completely random, but I had a couple of nice talks which places to go to in CT.
