As soon as you walk in the place, you can feel they know what they are doing. We’ve watched the best independent bike stores in Cambridge forced to close, so very happy to find these guys. This is a no frills operation - a welcome change. Worth a little trip outside of town for any mountain or racing cyclist.

Very professional and friendly shop. Helped me out for a frame and did a great job on keeping me up to date with the delivery. And did a 10 out of 10 job on my full invisiframe protection. Cannot fault the fitting of the frame protection. Will definitely come back. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much.

Do not trust this shop to do agreed work.Had a slow leak... they claimed to have put in a new tube. Still leaking, so I brought it back. Mechanic clarifies that he just put back in the old tube. Then they say that they'll put in a new tube. Come back later and they said that actually they just put some sealant in the old tube. Not what I agreed to, so I leave it there to get a new tube put in. Just found out that the tube in my bike was the one with sealant in it. Absolute worst experience with a bike shop ever. Not trustworthy... do not use.
