Used the drive thru and it was really early in the morning. So it's hard to judge the atmosphere but everyone is usually friendly and service is usually efficient. Can't really give it 5 stars just because I am not there long enough to see everything.

Came here for breakfast so can’t comment what it’s like when it’s busy or when it’s the main menuReally cool place. It’s massive and very old school. They still do birthday party’s here ! I rem these happening when I was a kid. Big play area and loads of seatingService was quick. Plenty of staff and it was cleanOverall a decent maccies. Which are hard to find

Terrible long wait, which means the food that already has been picked is cold when it gets to you. We were order number 5 and orders 10 and 11 were being served before me. No napkins or sauces or even straws out on the serving blocks. This place is really getting from bad to worse and I think then franchisees need to get their act together fast (faster than the not so fast food). This is not the first time this has happened to us, always really slow, no explanations and cold food.Update went today July 23 for the mighty McMuffin - see photo the muffin was so so small - average taste - expensive really

Obviously understaffed and couldn't cope with what seemed like not a very full restaurant. No numbers available to do table ordering, although the option was still available on the screens. My order disappeared from the collection screen 5 minutes before I received it and when I politely questioned where it was, I was told to just wait". Although eating in

Staff very i Fresno I’ve. Stood in drive away que for 25 mins then one at at payment window, with a small kid in the car who was crying, stepped onto next window and informed no one at counter to pay . The manger rudely started making speculations probably this and that and after clearly stating no one at the window accused us of lying. She asked us to hand over the credit card to take away and make the payment. when asked to provide card machine as we not happy to hand over credit card to a stranger she laid down false accusations and became angry to which we paid in cash and asked to apologise. But you cannot expect decency from staff who don’t like their job anyways and just there for the pay heck. Customer service is binned at the start of their service.

Great service at the Drive through today. Team polite, welcoming and efficient. Order was correct. Quickly put together whilst still being hot and tasty. A+ experience at a very busy time.

Quick bite to eat whilst out and about. Cheese burger was super salty which wasn't great. I don't know if this is the norm as we don't eat here regularly.Service was excellent as ordered using click and collect and friendly helpful service.

It was ok.... but the only problem I get at all the stores is the delivery drivers take up spaces or they park anywhere on the Rd on corners blocking access and the delivery drivers seem to come 1st than the customers paying in store..
