**UPDATE ON THE BELOW REVIEW FOR DESPICABLE SERVICE**Despite the damning review for the service provided by Evans Halshaw and Vauxhall - they have still done nothing to help. I did have a vague glimmer of hope when I was asked to contact Pendragon as they would put me in touch with the leadership team to sort out this fiasco. Those hopes were quickly dashed, as after a lengthy e-mail covering the below issues I was told the leadership team consisted of the dealership manager who was already dealing with us (apparently).So.. in the last 4 months what has happened.. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! The car is still in the dealership and we haven’t even seen it in this time. The only contact is when we e-mail the “leadership team” aka the branch manager and we get a reply with “Sorry there is no update.”So now this brand new car has spent 72 of the last 74 weeks in Evans Halshaw, broken and parked on the forecourt.For your own sanity and mental health please please please say away from this garage!! Don’t say you weren’t warned!!To be continued…*********************************************The one star is for the sales team who sell you the car but after that the experience goes down hill, or should I say off a cliff edge.Having bought a brand new Mokka, our car has spent 55 of the last 57 weeks in the garage with very little happening to it. I think every engineer in the country has been out to look at the faults (boot shutting and remote key not being recognised) but still no resolution. Apparently these faults have never been seen before yet strangely Facebook forums are full of them. We ring the garage several times a week trying to speak to the dealership manager but he’s always in a meeting but promises to return our call - surprisingly he never does.One thing to be aware of with Evans Halshaw, the dealership manager is the highest level of escalation a customer can complain to - so when they refuse to speak to you, despite them having your car, you have nowhere to turn.We were told only last week, the issues were resolved but when the driver was returning the car, the key suddenly stopped working within the 5 mile drive. The garage then tried to persuade us to keep the car. Upon inspection the paintwork they had also repaired looked like it had been touched in with Tippex and the light cluster looked like it had been wedged in. There was no way we were going to accept it.So, another week on, no contact from the dealership manager and the car is still sat on the forecourt gathering dust.Purchase at your peril. Like buying insurance - you never really know how good it is until you need to contact them and resolve an issue.

Looked at car, then Bilal came over, asked what car I was looking for and took me to car which I knew straight away that it was the car I was looking for Bilal was absolutely brilliant and arranged everything for me all I had to do was 1 phone call and sign on dotted line, couldn't be easier. Very friendly place would highly recommend Bilal he is so kind and helpful even down to lovely cup of tea xx

Avoid at all costs.I bought a car in the last week of January and it has been broken since the first week of February. They've had it at their Ford branch fixing it" almost as much as I've had it to drive

Bilal Agha was our first point of contact and handled all of our enquiries (there were quite a few!) promptly. He kept the process as straightforward as possible and was always pleasant and courteous to deal with. The handover was very smooth with paperwork taken care of in advance so that all we had to do was sign the document, exchange keys and we were on our way in the new" car. Just how buying a second hand car should be."

I bought a car from H this week, absolutely fantastic service, he’s polite, professional and honest. I’m impressed with how quick he sorted everything out and I picked my car up today. I’d highly recommend him to anyone.

Collected our new car this afternoon. Our salesman Ateek was great (even though he had only worked at the garage for two weeks), very attentive, friendly and smiley. What initially impressed me was when we arrived at the garage it was closed so we were just browsing, when Ateek arrived he came straight over to us (didn't go into the garage first) to ask us if we wanted any help then proceeded to tell us all about the vehicle we were interested in and arranged a test drive. 5* service in every way.
