We have 3 dogs now, the new addition is Misty, we took her for a health check. Jo was the vet on the day and she had so lovely. Caring, proffessional and knowledgeable. The receptionists are polite and pleasant.

Having just changed from another local vet. I was so happy with the service provided. Took time to listen to my concerns on my pets health. Checked him over and put him on heart treatment straight away. Very different service and fair better than I had been receiving. So happy I changed.

Took our poorly bulldog in as an emergency today as he was fitting and my partner had to carry out cpr on little Hugo. Every body at the vets tried their hardest to save him but unfortunately he had suffered a massive stroke. He passed away and my partner brought him home for us to lay him to rest in his favourite part of the garden.I went down the vets some time later to pay the bill and was given a hand written sympathy card. What a nice touch and showed you cared. Thank you to everyone who tried to help.

I was quite apprehensive at first mainly because my boy is so precious to me, and I knew it was going to be unpleasant for him as he needed surgery. I found the staff very caring and reassuring, explained things very well and did a most excellent job on my boxer who is making quite a swift recovery. Top marks from me!
