Quite frankly frustrated with the service. Multiple times had different problems with them. They never mind the customers. Ordered classic crust pizza and got think crust, noticed it after coming home. No meaning in speaking to them as they never resolve the issue. Complained customer care for their rude behaviour sand they never bothered about it. Ordered collection at car and they never turned eventhough I am waiting for 15 mins. Absolutely rubbish and I strongly recommend to avoid Langley Dominos. DO NOT USE LANGLEY DOMINOS! Never minding management

Finally a Domino's branch that doesn't skimp on the tomato sauce in their pizza unlike the Elm Park branch! Just utterly divine pizza that I look forward to every time. Absolutely delicious and a branch well worth buying from.

Waited nearly an hour, under cooked and cold pizza, called up but staff doesn’t want to listen to customers and was told it will take 1 hour every time for all future order as well then I said time is not a issue, I am paying for hot food not for Ice Cream Pizza but these are arrogant people and don’t care or listen to loyal customers, Boycott Domino’s 100%, I will go to social media to show them what annoyed customer can do and make them loose lot of business.

Complaint to head office about Shaina, no use . They are saying we asked for a refund from driver. No we didn’t , in fact driver was so understanding & told us Dominoz manager, supervisor don’t care about customers. We sent the new pizza back as shaina to insult us said to the driver bring the cold pizza back. The driver didn’t give us hot pizza as he was instructed by shaina to bring old cold pizza back. Head office should be ashamed as We didn’t use any foul language to the driver , in fact we were speaking in Hindi as we shared same home language.

Be careful parking there even to pick up the pizza you will get a parking fine. I live in Kensignton even there parking is free after 6:30. Apprently it is a private land..A trap... Unbelieveable...most expensive pizza of my life...£80 with parking fine.
