Pricey, but lovely food, friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our quick meal due us arriving at 1400 and restaurant shutting at 1430. Would definitely return allowing more time.

Above average Chinese food (for small rural town). I had spring rolls to start. Home-made which is quite rare, two rolls which were quite large - a meal in themselves. They had a very nice texture, but filling needed extra seasoning/flavour. I had crispy roast duck with mushrooms for main, the duck was excellent and the gravy tasty. The sweet sauce which came with spring rolls was too sweet, this is common in UK Chinese food. Staff very friendly. Place clean and relaxed, more traditional than modern.

Excellent! My husband and I eat here every other week and the standard of food has been, over the last 2 years, consistently high. The staff are professional, knowledgable and friendly.

After ordering online, our order was suddenly cancelled because the driver “couldn’t find us”. We called the restaurant and they claimed they had called us many times when that was not true. When we tried to look for a solution on the phone, they simply didn’t seem interested and literally hung up on us saying it was a really busy time for them.They just told us “order again”. Terrible customer service. Don’t even bother.

Loved my meal here last night as did my friend. Absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. Nice restaurant and a peaceful place to eat. All the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back on my next trip to St. Andrews!

Terrific selection of great quality dishes, both Cantonese and Sichuan varieties. Everything we ordered was delicious, but especially recommend the Singapore noodles, the seafood udon, black pepper prawns, and Sichuan pepper chicken.

First time I have ordered, not impressed. Soggy chips, curry was thigh(not breast) which at £37 for two curries and some chips, I would have expected. Funny taste to the curry, will not be back. Only benefit , was the driver was timely and polite.

I go to the Dining Room frequently. It is an amazing restaurant. The staff are friendly and willing to cater from my father's slightly unusual dietary requirements. I've never had a bad meal there. The food is consistently fantastic. Having tried various dishes (by that I mean my father and I have collectively tasted all the dishes...), I can honestly say that the entire menu is top notch. It's fabulous food with a fabulous atmosphere. 5 stars goes without saying.

Ordered take away tonight through just eat and it took 1 hour 45 minutes to be delivered, when I called the restaraunt around 1 hour 20mins after placing the order the man on the phone was extremely rude and unapologetic! Used the dining room on many occasions but will not be back after tonight!

At £3.50 for a side portion of rice, you'd imagine it to be a decent size. When ordering two of them (after asking advice from the waiter) and realising I was paying £7 for one bowl of undercooked, slightly crunchy rice with clumps unfried, it feels a little ridiculous. Upon mentioning this to the waiter, he said 'sorry, the chef is new, other customers have mentioned the portion sizes too... would you like to leave a gratuity' with no mention of adjusting the bill... I can't justify coming back here. I don't mind paying for good quality food, but overpriced and badly cooked rice is not that.Everything else was ok (decor, main) - other than the soup, which was too greasy. There are too many other options around for me to return to a place which gets the most basic thing on the menu wrong.
