Right from getting the intial quote, to designing the system to meet our requirements for the property, installation process and finally commissioning the system, the whole process was very smooth and hassle free. The quality of the install was really good with attention to details on asthetics and finishing was also considered. Melak was very informative in his communication and answered all the technical queries raised. Strongly recommend this business and services offered.

We contacted Clever Heating & Cooling after finding the company on Google Search. Since the initial call, Malek has been really responsive and helpful in finding us the right A/C system. After our initial discussion over the phone, Malek came around to our house to have a look at our property and suggested our installation and product options. He discussed the pros and cons of various vendors(Daikin vs Toshiba vs Mitsubishi Heavy etc.) and gave us a quote which factored in the appropriate unit for our room size, outside trunking, electricity supply work ., misc. parts and his time.It was a 2 day job and on the day of installation, Malek arrived on time at around 8am and worked until 5pm. He made sure to lay down dust sheets everywhere so as to not ruin our carpets. He was very attentive and really took pride in doing the work correctly, even if it took him longer or cost him slightly more. Never cut any corners.We are looking to have additional units installed in our guest bedrooms next year and will definitely contact Malek for that. We can recommend Malek to anyone looking to have A/C system installed in their property!

Melak installed 2 aircon units in our house. The installation and the service were very efficient, neat and tidy. He took time to take us through the app controls after the install, and he wasn't trying to hard sell a maintenance contract. An extremely skilled engineer and a pleasant person to have around.

Melak was very professional and knows what he is doing. You would not go wrong if you want to use Daikin's products ( which are excellent) for heating and cooling well-insulated homes.

Installation of new Daikin Aircon unit in bedroom.The installation was carried out very professionally.Care was taken not to impact the insulation of the walls or to allow condensation to seep in. Location and electrical work was carried out professionally. They also made the minimal mess and cleaned up. Very pleased with the result. Now we just need some hot weather to prove how good it is!

Clever Heating and Cooling installed a new Air Conditioning unit. Malek (the owner) was friendly, prompt and very helpful when he came to price the job and talked me through all options. Really impressive service, fitting and commissioning of an air source heat pump. Melak really knows his subject and is also expert at thinking his way around problems and gives his time generously to make sure you understand how to use it.
