Ridgway's Hearing Care

I have been suffering from a slight malaise for the last two years and had thought it was due to the glaucoma medication I have been taking throughout that time. I had mentioned it on more than one occasion to the hospital consultants and local GPs but all to no avail.I had thought my ears were clear having had them suctioned also two years ago and do not suffer from dizziness.I was passing Ridgway's Hearing Care Endon and thought it was worth confirming to myself that my ears were in fact clear. Literally within a minute of entering I was comfortably sat down and Louise, the audiologist, had looked into both ears and diagnosed that both were blocked with wax and this was most probably causing my malaise. I was quite surprised but delighted to be able to make a very convenient appointment for later in the day when Louise very professionally and gently removed the wax for me in a matter of seconds.A week later I can now say that my two year malaise has finally disappeared thanks to Louise's professionalism and care and I feel much more vibrant and like myself again.Mention must also be made of Emma on reception who was very welcoming both on entry and on leaving.A very professional and gentle experience at Ridgway's Hearing Care Endon, I would thoroughly recommend without hesitation.

Had a good experience today having my ears done. Didn't know what to expect, but it was over in minutes and pain free. The staff were lovely and I also got a coffee. Would definitely go back to them. Thank you ladies from Lesley Parker.

Booked a last minute appointment after having had a build up of wax over a few days. Travelled to Endon surgery and was welcomed on arrival by the staff who seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I had irrigation treatment and was most impressed with the service & advice given. Would definitely use again and recommend anyone having a similar problem to myself

Just been to Ridgways Endon for ear irrigation to remove wax. Karen did a brilliant job as usual. Very professional, not rushed at all with pictures inside my ear before and after. Completely satisfied

Went in today to have earwax removed. The results were amazing! After a couple of weeks of muffled hearing, it was like a miracle! The staff were so kind, pleasant and professional. I will definitely go again should the need arise and would wholeheartedly recommend this service.

I recently had an ear syringing procedure at Ridgway's Hearing Care and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were not only incredibly friendly, but they were also brilliant at what they do. They made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure.The price I paid for the procedure was the best it could have been, and I felt like I received excellent value for my money. The process was made even easier by the fact that there was plenty of parking available, which is always a plus.One thing that really stood out to me was that the staff let me see inside my ear before and after the syringing process. It was fascinating to see the difference and know that my ear was thoroughly cleaned. Overall, I would highly recommend Ridgway's Hearing Care for anyone looking for a professional and comfortable ear syringing procedure. Five stars!
