Positive Reflex Therapy, Mobile Reflexology and Reiki

It was my first time trying reflexology with the Indian head massage. I found it super relaxing and Tracey was great! I could really feel the benefits of feeling calmer and lighter many days after my session too. Thank you Tracey!

Tracy is absolutely amazing! She’s such an expert at what she does it is truly incredible. My session relaxed me and was such a good form of self care. I can’t begin to explain how I felt after mr treatment. I had awful knee pain that was solved straight away. And my whole body felt lighter and I just felt 10/10 straight after. I've been having weekly reflexology with Tracy for some time to help with chronic pain and insomnia. Every treatment is tailored to my specific needs at the time. I experience pain relief immediately after treatment and for a few days afterwards, and my sleep is improving. Tracy is always on time, always gives me a full hour of reflexology even if I'm a bit slow getting ready, and makes the sessions fun and relaxed, as well as being sensitive to when I need to just close my eyes and focus on the treatment. Best reflexologist ever - highly recommended!!

I have been having regular reflexology and Reiki sessions with Tracy. The treatments have both been so wonderful and helped with current back pain that I am experiencing. Tracy was recommended to me back in November as I was suffering with menopausal symptoms and was in a place where I felt I was helpless. Yesterday Tracy from Positive Reflex Therapy gave me reflexology.I cannot even start to explain how it's made me feel.I'm pain free today! First time in years!! and slept like I haven't slept in years too.I Woke up feeling fresher and revitalised although I have a severe medical condition.This IS the stuff dream's are made of.....and TBH I didn't think something like this could ever happen. I could never have dared to imagine myself feeling this good.This is a true and honest appraisal. I have never met Tracy before and don't know her till now.

Tracy is amazing. Seems to really know where to touch to sooth, help and restore. This was my second visit and I came away refreshed and calm.

I saw Tracy today for my very first Reiki session. What a amazing experience I’ve never felt so relaxed. I had my first session with tracy this evening with reflexology. I ve had pins and needles in my left hand for over 5 years . Which I described to her before her visit to my home . She got straight to work on my left foot . Within 45 minutes of the treatment starting with her . I genuinely started to feel the hand coming back to normal without all the fizzy ness I’ve had in the hand for many years . Absolutely incredible. I’ve already booked a follow up visit in 3 weeks time . Very very impressive.
