I travelled here for 2 specific items that were supposed to be in stock - but neither were. Staff were as surprised as I was that there weren't any there. One staff member very obviously followed me around the store whilst I was looking - I suppose that perhaps I looked suspicious due to look, look, looking and never finding but still this bugged me and was unprofessional of her. Despite all this they normally do have a good range of decent toy items - some of which have super discounts - so I would go back again.
