Visited the site twice today with a view to buying a used car no sales staff acknowledged I was there or offered to help. I rang a number I had recieved when doing an onine valuation and was told that they prefer you to make an appointment when going to view a used car. I said I had never heared of such a thing when I have bought cars in the past (What happened to passing trade when you could be passing see a car and go in and buy it) I won't be going there again.

After patiently waiting, the day finally came and we arrived at Drive Hartlepool. Mo met us and we sat down to drink coffee and pick up the new Vauxhall Mokka e Ultimate.Mo talked us through the details and once I entered the pin, signed some forms and the car was ours. It stood outside gleaming and we elegantly seated ourselves as Mo explained all the features and controls. With a last handshake we tentatively exited and silently moved into the Hartlepool traffic.Mo was a consummate professional throughout, answering our questions and explaining all the nuances of the car. Just picked up our new Vauxhall Astra yesterday. It was well worth the wait. We are very happy with the car, it looks lovely! Mo was very helpful and friendly throughout the process, and always kept us updated. She explained some of the features to us as we sat inside our new car for the first time. Excellent service from Jamie. Highest part exchange figure offered anywhere for our old car and the new car was sold at a very competitive price.Car was delivered to us this morning (200 miles away) in excellent condition with newly refurbished wheels, tidy paint work and immaculate interior.I would highly recommend Jamie and Vauxhall Hartlepool to anyone shopping for a quality used car.
