The staff are so welcoming and accommodating of riders of all abilities.

The staff are always very welcoming and help in any way they can. I would highly recommend RDA.

Went to service an overhead hoist.. Couldn't help but be massively impressed by the place.. And so friendly.

Do not loan your pony to RDA. This is my experience ... They had my near perfect pony for 4 years. I receive a social media message asking me to contact RDA to be told my pony is lame and likely to be of no further use to RDA. She was left without veterinary treatment for a fortnight after a field injury. The vet who finally assessed her gave 3 incorrect diagnosis, one being bone degeneration without an X-ray! Last vet informed me she was in a 'grave' state. David Harding, Head of Trustees, wrote to me to tell me my pony was of no further use to RDA and to either retire, sell or (in his own writing) do 'whatever' with her and collect her within 3 weeks or else I'd be charged. I have been a supporter of RDA for over 20 years with them using my ponies but I will not continue to support them. They may be a great facility for disabled children but just spare a thought for ponies who become disabled in their care through their ignorance. Discarded like a piece of trash, I'm glad your children aren't treated the same.
