Balgores Motors Southend-On-Sea

Recently had my car repaired by balgores and I'm over the moon with the quality of repair done! I like to give special thanks to Deborah and Leanna for being understanding and helpful through out! Especially for understand that I work night shifts and happily arranging last minute for me to collect the car.

Deborah was fantastic at always answering my questions and been so helpful. My car was back within the 10 days looking brand new! Very happy with service and and all help received! Many Thanks to all.

If I could rate my review more than five stars in all honesty that would still not amount or rather reflect on my experience with Balgores Southend. They have been ever so patient and tolerant as well as compassionate in regards to supporting me with a fault that occurred to to my vehicle whilst on site. The dreaded insurance company refused and declined to carry out supplementary that was meant to be carried out on my vehicle to enable the car to be back on the road. For almost five weeks my car was non drivable. I was in constant turn-moil and emotional distress regarding the fault.Despite endless calls and attempts to negotiate with the insurance company I got no where!Until the branch manager at Balgores went way and beyond to rectify the fault. He was not instructed to do so, as the insurance company declined to financially contribute towards the supplementary work. However he kindly assisted with carrying out further repairs!Without Balgores input and support my car would not of stood a chance of being back on the road.They have invested a significant period of time to assist with the challenges I experienced.Deborah and Leanne were helpful, kind and compassionate. Their customer interaction was exceeded my expectations even when at times. I was that difficult customer to deal with due to the nature of the predicament I was facing.They kept me well informed of updates and were very helpful with assisting with enquiries.In addition I was very happy with quality of the workmanship that was carried out.The staff at Balgores are professional and deliver good customer service. I would highly recommend them as a repairer as they also complete diagnostic test prior to work being carried out. Wherever possible they will well in my personal experience go that extra mile.Lastly I just wanted to say a big thank you!RH

Had my car go here for an insurance claim and was brilliant service from start to finish was friendly and understanding staff and the repair was brilliant.

First class service from the moment I dropped my car off, to the moment I picked it back up. Customer service from both Deborah & Leanna was fantastic. Deborah made sure I got a courtesy car as soon as possible which was much appreciated and Leanna was so efficient getting my car back to me on the day of collection. Five Star Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

i wanna say good things, but my wheels still are not balanced after all 4 were taken off and refurbed. they also had my car for a month to do 4 wheels and a mirror, the finish looks really good! but its a shame the drive of the car has been affected by the work that was done. I did notice they didn't clean my car, and looked like it had been parked under a tree. I had to take it for a valet right away. On the bill which went to insurance it did say there was a car valet and also a car care kit, there wasn't. :-s

What a joke company , they booked my vehicle for the repair than asking me I have to pay my access 3 days before I bring in my vehicle , I’ve also told them twice the contact number you’ve guys got it for me is incorrect could you please change it , so they said fine after I called them again more than 4,5 times my number still wasn’t changed , than when I called my insurance told them they actually moved my appointment later on to November which 2,3 weeks time because they wanted me to pay my access 3 days before I hand over the vehicle ! They said no I have to pay them after they repair my vehicle ! Now my insurance changing it over to elsewhere, avoid this repair shop they’re just waste of time nothing else

Brilliant service. Took the car in (under warranty) had it looked at immediately and was able to take it back the next day for the simple repair. I could not ask for more. Whilst I waited in reception for approx an hour as the repair was being done, I listened to Leanna on the busy front desk dealing with numerous queries. What a credit to the company she is. Super efficient and friendly - a great asset. Thank you Balgores.

My car went in for repair at Balgores, everything explained well by Deborah who booked me in. I needed my car back on the 10th day (said it would take 10 working days which is fine) so I emailed and was in contacted with Leanna who was really helpful and updated me on what’s going on and let me know my car would be ready that day which was fantastic news and a great help. Overall great experience from start to finish from Deborah and Leanna so thank you.
