Purchased a new TV and Soundbar with Black Friday discount at Curry’s Crawley branch.We were very pleased with the service. Several Staff Members were involved in our purchase but they were all friendly, helpful and efficient.Special mention to Erica and Richard who finalised the sale.Now looking forward to delivery for some good TV viewing.

In September I purchased a desk top from Mirav at your Crawley branch. I was very pleased with the help and advice I received. Mirav passed me over to AJ on the support desk. This was the tricky bit as the process of transferring data across to my new computer was complicated. The time and support AJ gave me was unbelievable! He also set the computer up explaining in simple terms what he was doing and why. This guy is amazing!His tech knowledge is immense and he gave me the confidence to believe in my own tech capabilities with his kind and patient manner. I've never enjoyed my computer more! I then purchased a new iPhone from AJ and received the same care and attention during set up.Unbelievable service. Thank you!

Ordered online to collect in store, didn't do next day delivery for free as thought it would be easier, turns out they took the money, and then it went out of stock a day later so told me to wait...despite being in stock for hen purchased!Happy to take the money but not deliver the goods! Won't use these guys for anything again!!

Thank you so much to Kash instore at County Oak Crawley. You have a valuable member of staff there. We had trouble with our t.v. & after having it repaired & then back it was still having the same issue. He helped us pick another t.v. not the same brand & I paid the difference. I now have faith in returning to use your store once again claire

Purchased a new telly recently which was quite expensive and served by a young guy who we found very knowledgeable and helpful in providing us with exactly what we needed. It had to be delivered as it was quite heavyA delivery date was discussed this was Wednesday pm and we were advised that it could be delivered on Friday which was fine as we were in all day. Turns out when I checked our receipt a few days after delivery it appears we had inadvertantly agreed to an express delivery at a cost of £30.00 of which there was no mention.Shame, this has spoiled what would have been a nice experience and with the amount of money we spent we didn't expect to charged.It will make us think twice about giving them future business so nothing gained by them.

They've got a whole lot of electronics down here, but I'm not sure they've got the best prices. I enjoyed the experience, though, of looking around and seeing all the items they have for sale. They do have deals that you can watch if you're not in a hurry to buy. I wouldn't buy at regular price in any case.I increased my review score because customer service is great, especially when it's not crowded.

Bought 2 products today at the store. The lady serving offered discounts on the extra warranty 3 times- I politely refused each time. She then turned to her colleague and said something extremely rude about me in Hindi while he laughed. I can't write what she said, but it sums up the sheer arrogance and poor customer service this store offers- has always been bad, but this is a new level. Will send an official complaint.

We recently purchased a TV and had fantastic service from Ram and Suhail. Ram was very knowledgeable about the products and took us through all the options that best suited our needs and budget. Suhail then helped us compete the purchase and explained everything very clearly.
