We went there to buy food and the lady at the counter was so welcoming and nice, that she allowed us to stay and eat there, even though is just a take away place.She served us in plates and always watch our table tocl come and clean it exactly when we finishThe food was very nice and the people are lovely!Very good place to go and buy your food, with kind people and lots of smiles.The women at the counter was so nice that I couldn't help myself and I give her a big hug when we left!Well done, very impressed!

Great food (especially the spring rolls) me and my mates order here all the time for how reliable they are, and the food is always ready within half an hour, which is how long it takes to walk down there from our house anyway. Been going here for years and can highly recommend.

A last minute decision to have a takeaway. We have never tried Mandarin Court before. Normally go for one of the others in Thatcham.For our first experience we really enjoyed the food. It was really tasty and well cooked.Food was ready to collect within 20 mins. The lady who took our order over the phone was helpful - think it was the same lady when we collected too.We will be using them again at some point in the future.

Excellent service and food, had a little longer wait than the time given but I guess for good food you can expect a delay and it was definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend this takeaway.

This used to be a good restaurant with a great takeaway counter around the back. The takeaway is now closed and now they use the downstairs part of the 'old' restaurant to act as a cash only service. Food has gone downhill and cash only when everything seems to have gone contactless seems like a scam operation. I'd rather go hungry.

Used to be good a year back. Don't know what happened to it but our take out on Friday was genuinely the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Cheap chicken and meat in all dishes, mushy something in batter, watery sauces. Just terrible. Avoid!

Been here 3 times since we moved to the area just over 2 months ago. The place seems to be run by a small boy about 10 years old. Our order has been wrong twice out of the three times we’ve been. Always very disorganised, never feel particularly welcome, and a long wait (we are told 30 minutes but that’s always more like an hour). The food is good, but nothing exceptional. If it were better run and more organised we would go back, but getting the order wrong 2 out of 3 times means we won’t be returning now.

I ordered the takeaway yesterday evening. I Ordered on line and was given a collection time of 7.02 pm. I arrived on time and had to wait 35 mins. I hoped the wait would have been worth it. Unfortunately it was not. The food was disgusting. The prawn toasts were very soggy. The dishes with chicken did not look, taste or have the texture of chicken. It basically was all very unpleasant. I usually order from another company in Thatcham who unfortunately were closed. I can honestly say I will never go back there.
