Needed a replacement car battery got booked in straight way well organised with helpful staff. Small customer waiting room with lady and gents toilets. Good price for the battery. Booked in for 3.30pm back on road 25 minutes later.

Brilliant service. Arrived early for appointment. Connor welcomed me as I walked in and before I had spoken knew what I'd come for. Now that is service. I'd anticipated car being roughly an hour or so. And being early expected to wait a little longer. Car was sorted very quickly probably closer to 45-50 minutes. Excellent and knowledgeable team of staff. All very pleasant too which helps. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience, fitted me in for my car air-con re-gas, a day earlier than my appointment, when I was passing by! Well done the guy, covering the reception, when I got there.Only a few minutes wait, even though everyone was very busy.Even got to see round the workshop, where I used to work 45 years ago!The manager, did my car, and everything went well, a very pleasant and professional man. The staff are a credit to ATS.WELL DONE GUYS.

Had car booked in for MOT & Interim service, polite staff, kept me informed/updated about repairs needed, would recommend.Gave 4 ⭐ because on my invoice I received NAPA oil not Mobil Super as website states.

Literally can not fault this place, After having issues over 100 miles from my destination I limped the car here. The guys were really busy but still helped me get mobile to continue my journey.Customer service at it's finest!
