Dreadful. Ordered on Monday and promised delivery on Wednesday. No delivery. Chased them up on Friday and they promised a call back but I never got the call. Chased them up again on Monday as closed over the weekend....promised a delivery Tuesday. Just got the call...going to be Wednesday. Shocking service.We ordered directly with them, not trough Boilerjuce etc as they told me in the past we would receive a better service.....if this is there best service they should be ashamed!!!

We had four days of no power due to the storm, once we were back on we found our oil tank to be empty! Gave these guys a call yesterday and they initially said it would be a weeks wait, after explaining we had been freezing over the weekend and were worried if we had to endure another weekend of no heating they sent someone out in 24 hours. Super quick, very responsive and very professional!

Supposed to deliver on or before today with an 'Express Delivery'. We called to confirm it would come - we were low - to be told 'have to be next week'. No intention to call us with a warning. We will definitely be out before the now promised Wednesday on this the coldest period for years, and no chance to get a replacement supplier. They referred us to Boilerjuice - 'because that's who you paid.' Hopeless service and the last time we use either Potteries Fuel or Boilerjuice.
