This was first time ever going Saudi and Subhan'Allah what an experience I receive from Newcastle Travel. They had plenty of staff that were attentive to individuals needs, the tours were very informative about Islamic history. The hotels location in Madinah and Mecca were very close to the masjids. I have recommended everyone who wants to do their umrah for the first time to go with Newcastle Travel. Insha'Allah any future travels I do will be with Newcastle Travels.

This is the first time I’ve travelled with Newcastle travel and tours and I truly hope it won’t be the last. Having experienced travel with several other agencies, this one stands head and shoulders above the rest because it didn’t feel like dealing with a service-provider but more like I was travelling with my own family. Although their packages are excellent, I was very impressed with the amount of preparation and planning that had gone into every step of the trip. There were no unreasonable delays and everything was taken care of to perfection. I paid just for the package but what I got for free was the kindness, courtesy, excellent communication and genuine care for my welfare.
