Nothing but delay after delay after delay with this project and De Trafford. I’m not a professional investor, I purchased a flat hoping it would be my forever home. De Trafford did nothing but come up with excuses for why the development wasn’t progressing and now refuse to even cooperate. They’ve ruined my life.

I too paid a deposit with addons of more than £42'000 back in May 2015!! Still no flat with the usual excuses, meanwhile the projects started a year plus after Sky Gardens are nearly completed! I've had to save and buy elsewhere while this build moves into 3 year of being delayed!! Disgusting!

Best advice i can give is to run from this property and buildingRooms are small and tiny and a major leak ruined my rented flat and took them 8 months to fix with no compensationTheir are 2 of the worst lifts I have seen in my life slower than a snail on a bad day and always on is broken or bothFlat doesn’t not come with a cloth dryer and zero space in the fkst to even accompany a cloth rackFridge is smaller than a motels fridgeRooms have zero privacy and no space at allIn summary, RUN trust me

The building is new and people started to move in now, it’s actually good and in a very safe area. The new Tesco under the building made more lively!

I have terminated a Sky Gardens unit nearly 18 months ago, got deferent excuses of delaying my paid full deposit £ 88000 refund from Detrafford. Preparing a legal action for next step. One star is even too much!

Told completion would be January 2019, we viewed and this was at first fix but they've moved completion again to October 2021 while other developments have continued.
