Fantastic place, lots of flavours to choose from and additional extras like sauces and nuts, marshmallows etc friendly staff, great location because I love watching the docks working. Lovely locally made and sourced products

The Scoop is a great little ice cream parlour sitting right on the gates to the marina in Milford. Surprisingly, it seems to do really well and the Ice Cream is great. Aside from your normal ocean cream cones, tubs and desserts, you can also enjoy dairy free offerings of you have allergies, so they really cater for all. They also take card, but machine has not worked sometimes in the past so just be mindful of this.

Visited the scoop (open and displayed as an ice cream parlour, albeit in the morning time) before a trip on the Waverley. The ice cream wasn't displayed so asked if they had ice cream, instead of saying no not this morning, the lady who was clearly inconvenienced started filling the freezer with the tubs. The gent was complaining that the freezer wasn't cold enough. As customers it made us feel really uncomfortable. it would've been much better just to say 'no'. I couldn't eat my ice cream in the end because there were hairs running straight through it. But there was no way I was going back to change it! My children enjoyed their ice cream so not all was lost.

Went to the shop to sample their famous ice cream. Open Thursday 12 noon x 5pm. Got there at 2pm (Thursday 20th July 2023) & it was closed. The Wife, Children & even the dog were very disappointed.......

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!We drove here from Tenby whilst on holiday in the area. On a quiet Thursday afternoon we went to order coffee & ice cream. Only 2x People in front of us, obviously locals, as the staff member ignored us completely & continued to conduct a conversation with the girls. We were patient & kept thinking our order would be taken, but no the girls were well into eating their ice creams & we were still being ignored. We decided it was obvious our business wasn't wanted so walked away & posted this review..
