Genuinely Exceptional Knowledge, Attention to Detail and Desire to Find Best Solution for the Customer.Martin and his team have fitted uprated stereo systems in both of our cars, this was over 3 months ago now and they both still perform exactly as they did when we left and have transformed the experience of being in the car (2011 and 2007 cars now have all modern features we would want). The experience was great from the initial phone call and discussing options and prices through to booking us in, the job was done exactly as described for the price quoted.I was particularly impressed with the very high level of attention to detail (these chaps have serious OCD which is exactly what I was looking for and great for work like this). The system they offered and fitted on my BMW meant that although it was an older 2011 F10 model I can now use all the modern features (Spotify, Audible etc.) on my wife's I phone and my Android. the system they fitted was actually better than a factory install on a 2023 Mini courtesy car I had from BMW recently (granted it wasn't Minis top Nav package).On the BMW they removed and replaced all of the trim so carefully with the tools they had, the car didn't rattle when I dropped it off and it didn't after the job was done (even 4 months later). To give an idea of the standards and level of detail these guys work to, James actually straightened the plastic shroud on my BMW rear view mirror (nothing to do with the stereo upgrade but it not being straight was annoying him")!My other cars factory aerial was hidden within the A post which worked well James explained and when he installed my new system he connecting it to this aerial (rather than an additional second new aerial which would be stuck onto the inside of the windscreen which previously I though was the only option that any other specialist I had spoken to offered).These guys would I have no doubt be able to meet even the highest customer expectations.The workshop was a friendly relaxed atmosphere and they love complexity..... they had a brand new delivery mileage BMW motorbike with wires visible all over the bike stripped down to a significant extent. I asked about it said looked like a big job

The guys here did a fantastic job upgrading the speakers and installing dash cams to our VW van. James was brilliant throughout and even after sales support from him was always answered quickly and professionally. Can't recommend Martin and his team enough!

Ilkley Car Audio installed an Integrated Automotive IMI-1000 Carplay unit to my Mercedes C Class Estate (S205) today.The Apple CarPlay retrofit unit from Integrated Automotive is great when compared to the Mercedes display.Wish I had done this earlier.A very tidy installation, thank you.

Just had a Thinkware dash cam (front & rear) fitted by Ilkley car audio. Great job & very neat.

Upgraded the speakers in my BMW x4 couple of months ago. The difference in the sound quality is incredible, I will be heading back to have an amplifier installed. James did a fantastic job in fitting the speakers and took care with installation, he also helped with some issues I was having with a newly installed dash cam that was installed by third party. Thanks to Martin and James for a very friendly and professional job.

My experience with Ilkley Car Audio was superb and I would highly recommend to everyone especially if you are wanting a bespoke install. Thing that came across most was the passion of the engineers Martin and James which shone through all aspects of the work including quotation, installation, communication and after sales support (nothing wrong with my install but they checked up everything was ok anyway). Ilkley car audio did a cracking job on my set up recently. They let me come in many times and consulted me with my set up until I was ready to commit. Very knowledgeable and skilled. I would recommend them over all other places
