This guy should not be a surveyor, he gets lots of items completely wrong causing lots of lost time and further costs. For example reports heating systems as faulty when they were simply not turned on/plugged in, and then misses major items like walls bellying. He is ignorant and arrogant. Parks right across neighbours drive when plenty of parking available. If you like dealing with rude incompetence, this is your guy if you want a better job doing, do it yourself or get someone else.

Homebuyers survey was done promptly but it was to a minimal standard. Missed some obvious and alarming problems which could have been used to renegotiate the price. Very impersonal experience, report was treated as the only deliverable.
