Ordered some items at the beginning of July 2020 one of which was out of stock.I received an email and phone call the next working day to apologise for this and was advised as to the date that they would be available again.They arrived as advertised with good communication from the dispatch team.Top customer service and cheapest prices on the internet.Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Having a similar issue as to last 2 reviewers, they are selling stock that they don't have, with no pre warning, just an email a few days later to advise the item is out of stock once I had already paid. Unable to get through to customer services, line is constantly engaged, and they do not respond to emails either, so i have no idea when ir if my items will arrive. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Lovely Royal Doulton mugs & the best price I could find online. My parcel arrived in 2 days, very well packaged. This satisfied customer will be paying them a visit next time I’m in Carmarthen.

I wasn't going to bother leaving this company a review despite their appalling service, but after they mistook a poor Trustpilot review for something I’d written and attempted to “talk to me about the problem” (which sounded suspiciously like asking me to retract the review), I’ve decied to share my experience.Their products are competitively priced and the company is based in Camarthen, so being Welsh myself, they seemed like a great option. However, what they don't tell you is that they sell items online which they don't have in stock. I ordered some glasses for my aunt and some others for myself at two separate addresses, with a delivery time of 7-10 days according to the email they sent me. After multiple phone calls from me and 1.5 months later, the glasses were still not in stock and the only delivery we had received was a bowl sent to my aunt in error, with another lady’s full name, addresss and all contact details included in the package. I cancelled the orders out of sheer frustration and annoyance at being fobbed off with excuses about shipment times and being incredibly busy. It didn’t instill confience that everytime I phoned, you could hear someone else complaining about poor service on another line!

Found a lovely and distinctive gift online here - very competitively priced. Delivery was speedy and well packed. I used a handy link in their confirmation email to track my order. A minor issue with one of my items was resolved seamlessly. Staff could not have been nicer and totally went the extra mile to be helpful. I will shop here again and totally recommend this company.

Dispute opened with my bank.Selling ‘out of stock’ products with no forewarning.Lead time emailed to me after purchase, now way exceeded and with no response to my emails requesting an update or refund.DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Stock levels incorrect, clearly from reading previous reviews they haven’t made a single effort to sort it! Ordered a present for Father’s Day only to be sent an email saying they don’t actually have it and here’s your money back. Absolute waste of time and no present for Father’s Day. Avoid this company.

I had a great experience with Kings & Queens. One of the items I had chosen needed to be ordered from the manufacturer so there was around a week's wait for it to come in. Liz kept me up to date and placed my dispatch as urgent so that I would get my order as quickly as possible as soon as all the items in the order were in stock. The only niggle I have is the experience with Parcelforce, which is out of this company's control. I would, however, suggest they use a different delivery service in future.
