Terrible and exhausting customer experience.Purchased a wet/dry hoover which arrived damaged cos its been used already. Tried to give it back, was told all kinds of shoddy stories by different people, finally someone took it in.Travelled to two stores three times with a large box on a trolley using public Transport.The only person who suffered in this transaction is the customer. This story is sooo long I won't bore you with it.B&Q are sooo terrible I will not Shed a tear when administrators close the company.Just super awful treatment.-Zero stars.

Quite a big DIY shop with large variety of materials and tools.Important, this store does not have wood cutting service as stated in the description of services. I wasted my time getting here to get a board cut. Closest wood cutting service I am aware of is Chingford.

Massive variation depending on staff who you meet ……Some brilliant like valspar paint desk woman, mixes paint, very knowledgeable, been there long time, helpful friendly and polite. Others so rude and lazy, can’t manage to be polite or speak let alone say thank you to people. Got one of these today re plants! Think I’ll get plants at Homebase after that!

As with all B&Qs, the enormous size of the place can occasionally make it feel understaffed, but the staff are helpful and polite, and keep the store in tip top condition.

0 collaboration. I would have liked to buy a product from clearance, the price being 50£ and I was told that I would be charged 5-10£, when I got to pay it, he told me that they would not do it for me. A very rude man stood there not to get the discount. It was clearly seen that he did not want us to receive the discount, not that we could not receive the discount.

Cynthia in the garden section was fantastic, very knowledgeable about plants and greenery, she was even able to advise on how to care for plants we bought over a year ago from the store that were not in the best shape. Hopefully she is always there when we look to visit the garden section of the store

Wasn't allowed to return a faulty power tool because it was dusty. Manager was extremely rude and accused me of lying. Now I'm left with a broken item that I can't return.
