Billy really did a great job for snagging our new build. He checked all over the house in detail and prompt to issue the snagging report. The report is so useful that we could submit it to the developer as defect list directly. It save our time and let us easier to communicate with the developer in all defects issue. Absolutely terrific. Billy was such a massive help providing expertise, support and a comprehensive review for my house which suffered numerous snags. It didn't matter how long it took, Billy was completely committed to do the job right, no matter how long it took. He has 35 years of experience in the building industry and this showed through his insightful identification of poorly completed work, including an incorrect installation of a gas flew amongst over 40 other errors. Also, his report was well presented with accompanying photographs and completed in super quick time - after visiting me on Friday, the report was emailed over on Monday.A definite recommendation from me.Thanks Billy for all your hard work.
