The number 5 bus is either really early or extremely late, no in between. I recommend looking before you sit!! I feel like the company should bring back cleaners coming through on the bus to sanitise and pick up rubbish when each bus stops at the station. Again please look where you sit passengers!!

My experiences have been pretty bad. The other week I got on the number 12 to come back from Haydon Wick; the bus driver didn't allow me enough time to sit down once I had applied the brakes on my son's pushchair, but it's a good thing I'm not elderly because that would have been dangerous! The drivers have no patience, everytime I have been on a Thamesdown bus, they have driven off before people have actually sat down. They never smile/bother to make any attempt at making you feel comfortable. Another experience I've had was when I asked, in my opinion a straight forward question. I wanted to make sure the number 17 and the 17 a went to the same area (s) because a lot of the time, they tend to change bus routes to suit them it seems. Anyway, the driver, when I asked him to confirm said well yes

Been stood at the bus stop nearly an hour now for the number 5 thats supposed to run every 10 minutes. I've had to take this bus for several years now, and I can honestly say, not ONCE has it been on time; if at all! It's just a shambles

Always followed this company ever since Thamesdown days.The bus service has got better and buses are very rare breaking down.Just would like every other week be able to have a depot tour like thamesdown days aslong as you got your high viz and stay safe away from anything movingHealth and safety is good but to stop bus enthusiasts visit it has got a downer for meGo Ahead sort this out as we miss out on the stored stuff and any buses being strippedfor spares

A bus driver was so rude to me today I nearly started to cry. I simply didn't see a person was up to leave the bus, because she stood up too late, and I entered the bus before she left. I said sorry but the driver was still so rude and behaved like I committed a crime. Horrible customer service, avoid at all costs.

You had a dangerous driver today.Bus route 1521758 bus no ... at approximately 13.45pm, why was he overtaking.Where there has already been a death. Disgusting bad driving with oncoming traffic have they learnt nothing.Ackers way overtook my bus while I was collecting passengers right by the school where the lyoung boy was killed. Right on the traffic lights.

Really Bad ExperienceBig No to their online services specially with Traval pass. Had just top up my monthly travel pass through online this morning. After half an hour I tried on bus and it didn't worked. I showed my payment receipt and told driver that,I had purchased the monthly pass and showed my e-receipt on my email, time with company logo. The funny thing is driver said it might be fake. I was about to buy day raider but unfortunately I had left my wallet on the table. So I had to rush back to home. Later when spoke to flamming way bus station counter staff. He said it to me that it will take at least 3 hours. I understand that but why it take such a long time? I asked him and he said it to me that's my fault that I had purchased it. So i don't have any other options rather than to wait for 3 hours. I believe tthe best thing is to get the card topped up with the driver. I am upset with them because I was half an hour late for my work. Thanks you for your wonderful service and blaming customer instead of acknowledging your technical issues. If you can't deliver it your service effectively please don't make people suffer for it.

Edited 6/9/2022Drivers are refusing to stop despite seeing my walking cane, I've had to walk all the way into the town centre today, and I doubt that will change over the next 2 years.As a disabled passenger I demand you do better.

Most customer service is usually polite and always get where i need to be. However, busses are late the majority of the tome; I know this is not always the drivers fault but needs to be looked at. I have had times where I have pushed the buttong to get off at mannington roundabout and the bus driver has ignored it and driven straight past even though I have walked from my seat towards the doors. Please look into this as it is frustrating.

Unreliable company, buses always 15 to 20 minutes late. Dirty buses, rude drivers... avoid this if you can
