Really rude! Requested a quote, told me £250 or thereabouts. I apologised and explained it was too expensive for me. He rudely replied What did you think it would be mate?!"No professional courtesy or a polite "sorry about that"Rude as. Definitely wouldn't use or recommend!"

Found IGM Electrical on Check a Trade site, was looking for a new consumer box and safety check of my house electrics. Great advice when quoting, Very professional service, arrived on time, efficient, clean tidy job. Got all paperwork certificates by email at end of the day. Definitely recommend this company, no job too small, unlike others I contacted.

Very responsive, fair prices, good communication, reliable and good time-keeping…I hope Richard (below) is ok now. Reviewing work that didn’t actually take place and attempting to damage a tradesperson’s reputation on these all important reviews is little off.
