I can't recommend Howard's enough. The show room was expertly layed out and Georgina was excellent, explaining everything and giving details over the cars I looked at. Ignis and Swift. We had her running in and out for car key. Not to pushy and giving us time to try the cars out. The road test was set up for the next day and I said I would like the car, all kinds of finance was explained to me. The touch of video showing the interior controls was brilliant and the constant flow of information was great. The extras was shown but not pushed on me. I can't praise the whole process enough and a new Suzuki car owner happy. Thanks

I'm happy to give a 5 Star review after visiting and purchasing via Suzuki at Howards in Taunton.If, like me you were disappointed that the previous Suzuki dealership in Taunton had closed, don't worry, George and Georgie at Howards Suzuki are lovely, very professional, friendly, courteous and so helpful.I think Suzuki expect high standards from their dealerships which, from my experience, the team at Howards are definitely providing.

We were so impressed with the service we received when buying an Ignis earlier this year that I was happy to trust Howard's Suzuki when I decided to go for a Vitara. From test drive to handover Georgie and George have been a pleasure to deal with. Even going through the dreaded compliance statement with George at the handover was painless.

I have recently bought a 3 year old Suzuki Vitara All Grip Hybrid. I am very happy with the car and the sales person, Georgina Barnes, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed my recent pre-owned car search and purchase at Howards Suzuki last week. I got a great little car which has been really fun to drive so far. The service history, and after-sales care - warranty and MOT guarantee and 12 months AA cover, -provided me with the confidence that it would be reliable but if there was anything that wasn't quite right, it would be sorted. Having that security was important to me personally. I was helped by Georgina and picked up the car from George. The customer service was very good including a personalised video specific to my car, showing how everything worked. I appreciated the regular calls and updates to keep me informed about progress with safety checks and payments. Based on this experience, I would definitely go back when looking for my next car.
