Rang up to enquire about a property advertised on sale. Extremely rude staff, very dismissive and not interested at all. Refused to let me view the property because they were too busy. Was promised call backs which never happened. The attitude over the telephone has been disgraceful and I’ve never met them in person so I’d dread to think what that’d be like. Seems to be quite a few other reviews also highlighting the same behaviour. Not recommended on this basis.

Very unprofessional service from these guys. Wanted to purchase a property and put an offer forwards higher than somebody else's offer and then spoke to the seller who stated he hasn't recieved the offer which shows they only put offers forwards if they know somebody or are getting a 'drink ' out of it. Racist people as you can see by the reviews they only really entertain you if you're of the same origin and this is very unprofessional and unfair.

I sold my house through this agency and it was the best decision I’ve made. Amir was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He knows what he’s talking about and made the whole process very smooth for me. He was very patient and understanding because I’m a busy person and sometimes communicated out of office hours but Amir went out of his way to accommodate me with my crazy schedule.
