I have been to this salon twice for my hair, the first time it was with a hairdresser called Pari and she was really good thats why i decided to go back but I was told she left them and the new hairdresser has 25 years of experience and she would make sure i would leave the salon happy! I asked the new hairdresser for a balayage and she completely ruined my hair! it was NOTHING like a balayage! I was very very upset and no matter how much I explained myself and showed her several pictures of what I wanted yet she seemed not to understand although she claims to have 25 years of experience I expected atleast she would understand the terminology! After this expereince I am now traumatized and would rather do my hair at home at much lower cost as they charged me ALOT of money to just ruin my hair!! Both the hairdresser and the owner started giving bad attitude after the payment was made which was very shocking!!!!

I absolutely love how my beauty therapist does my Lash Lift and Tint, the results are always amazing. I always get asked if my lashes are fake and I can proudly say nope. she is very professional and sweet. I've been coming to her for about 1year never had a complaint. Definitely recommend!!!

The best acrylic nails i've had - really impressed and the price was amazing for what you get too. I've never had ombre nails before either and they look fantastic. Thanks so much to the male who works there who did them so well (sorry I don't know your name!).

I came to the salon to get a Hollywood wax from Janet and in the middle of it I had an anxiety attack. Not only did she calm me down and was super nice and supportive, it was also the most painless and best wax I’ve ever had!!! I’ll never go anywhere else for any appointment, my experience here was amazing.

I wish I remembered the name of the Lady that pierced our 9 year old's earlobes, because she was lovely, very patient and kind. I told her beforehand that our girl wanted to pierce her earlobes for ages, but still she might got scared and change her mind right before the appointment. Lady said that if that happens, we can cancel or rebook and that it's perfectly fine. She saw our girl got scared after one ear and made sure she was fine and calmed her with a gentle smile and kind words. Ears are healing perfectly, I would absolutely 100% recommend for this service!

5 august 2021… First time going Janet was friendly and made me feel comfortable. After my Hollywood was finished Janet told me to check which I did and there was a few hairs left. I informed Janet and showed her the hairs that was left. However because she was already running late and another customer was waiting outside I told her no worries I will tweeze them out when I get home. To my surprise when I got home and got my mirror out with better lighting and looked properly Janet had missed a good few hairs in different places. Also the waxing deal I picked included underarms waxing but she couldn’t even deliver this because another customer was waiting. As a customer you expect to get the results you pay for. I was not happy at all and that ruined my day.
