We had a very smooth experience from booking the car, to the pick up process which was very much simplified.Prices were also great at £150 for 3 days, and with unlimited mileage we were able to explore Scotland fullyVery helpful and friendly staff who took the time to explain the hiring conditions, insurance and car details to us. We actually ended up getting a bigger car than we booked which was super comfortable and made the journey more enjoyable!

At the day we take our van, the previous hired user cannot return the van on-time. Drivalia arranged another van (larger size) for us. We hired the van for 20 days and drive around highland, The van condition and engine works great.Phill, the rental centre in-charge, is a nice gentleman and work professional. He is very helpful and cares customer.

I won't be using this company again due to the inadequate payment machine that was definitely not fit for purpose, and the fact that I was stressed out as I was now running late to meet someone. Eventually after four attempts with an email payment, and 50 mins later I left with a van! On my return over three hours later, there was a queue of disgruntled customers who all had the same issue. If I was the staff member behind that desk I would have walked out and passed the issue over to a manager, it's completely unacceptable to expect your staff to work under those conditions without some assistance throughout the morning, but somehow he still managed to keep calm, and be extremely pleasant and apologetic, while ploughing through the waiting customers all with the same issue!

We had a wonderful experience with. Drivalia Glasgow. Car was reliable and held my family of six and all ofOur luggage! Service was great. They were affordable and reliable. We will rent from them again!

Unbelievable experience! Got a vehicle. Had a flat tire on day 1 of our trip! The vehicle was replaced within a few minutes of making a call. Staff are friendly and very helpful! Will definitely be using the company in the future!

Great personal service from pick up, through rental to being dropped back off again. Both Daniel and Michael, as well as the drivers couldn't of been friendlier or more helpful. Felt as ease which is rare when hiring a car usually. Will be using again.

Great experience this week using Drivalia. Rented a van online just for a day for moving house. Collected easily, everything explained well, great van and easy to drive, excellent customer service. Thanks to Daniel who helped us and explained everything well including the extra insurance options for peace of mind. Also the cheapest option I could find around Glasgow. Would use again.

Got picked up after a quick phone call to the company, which was in the instructions. A quick and friendly pick up and easy pick up of the car. We had a Kia Ceed, which was a lovely drive, the staff weren't pushy at all (experienced previously with other firms) and easy to find when returning.Although they are based away from the airport, the ease and smoothness of the process was great.
