Rivacre Valley Country Park
Lovely walks through a lovely area of woodland. There are various paths that can be taken but always easy to follow back to where you started. Is very popular during the warm weather but still a pleasant stroll. Nice to see the natural woodland that hasn't been altered by human intervention.

Great dog walking spot, but can get muddy after some rainfall!

Not a bad little park. Nice walks around there, quite a lot of dog muck as well, I guess the dog walkers aren't the best at picking up after their pets. Other than that, nice, would visit again

Lovely little country park for a walk in the woods with river running at the base. Free car park. Multiple entry points around the area. Rangers Lodge but unclear when open.

Lovely wooded river walk. Both our dogs & grandchildren love it especially when they can play in the river. Beautiful show of bluebells in the spring. There are 2 parts to this country park. Be careful when crossing the dividing road.

A good size free car park, with rangers station. Leads into a lovely park. Dog friendly. Good walk ways, though a little steep down to the main park. A lovely stream running through with picnic benches and normal seating dotted about. A lovely walk with friends, children and doggies. The snowdrops were just giving way to the bluebells as I went. It will be a carpet of blue at the end of April beginning of May, stunning I imagine. A great park. Will be returning.

We usually take our dogs for walks here. Decent pathways and quite sheltered by trees, which is good if the weather isn't great. Could do with more dog poo bins. Ample size car park but can get busy.
