Contrary to some of the comments, I found the staff very easy to deal with, helpful and understanding as I exchanged some trainers I bought from another store several weeks after purchase. All good! Thanks!

If it were possible to give this north street Brighton branch a zero I would have. Their complete lack of customer service or compliance with statutory rights for refunds UK was shocking. If you pay with cash be prepared to only be offered a credit note even if you return within 14 days with item still in perfect condition! Always check their price online as they charge you more in-store for same pair of Nike trainersWill never go back here again.

Good luck if you want to try anything on. For the biggest shop in the world it has two tiny fitting rooms that you will queue at least a day for to try anything on .

Horrendous. Can’t return only exchange - very underhand tactic. Changing room doors barely cover your torso and you can make eye contact with other shoppers whilst undressing - maybe a perk for some. Changing rooms shut half an hour before the store does.

This has to be one of the worst shops ever! Here’s why:• There are nearly no staff – if you can find one they answer one question and then walk off.• The staff they do have don’t seem to know anything.• No one seems to care at all – there’s no sign of any management of supervision.I went in today to buy a pair of trainers – with no help from the staff I happened to find the right pair and the right size of the shelf – but there was no sale price.I found an assistant who tried to look it up and gave up and said “It’s £100”, I said that’s the RRP nothing here is the RRP – he said “If it says £100 it’s £100”.I took the shoes to the desk where the woman said they were £79.99. I said – oh on the website it says £70.She said yes that’s if you order on the web.I suggested I give her the p&p even though I was in the shop as they would still be cheaper. She said no if I did that, I would still have to wait three or four days before walking out with them!Honestly the retail shop is pointless and basically should go bust and be turned into a block of flats!

Nice clean shop with lots of products from different brands and sizes.Convenient location in city centre.

Absolute poor service.No one knows where things are. Different staff tells you different things to you, end up circling the store.Absolute waste of time.If you know what you're buying, basically you have done your research, and know where it is in store. Yea head in and buy it. Otherwise don't bother.

What a terrible shop qué downstairs,at least 10 people with 1 member of staff ,went upstairs no qué 3 members of staff told they didn't take cash upstairs crazy badly run shop went back downstairs qué still the same, 1 member of staff who was dealing with customer with returns waiting for manager and didn't serve anyone else, 2 people in qué just put items down and left, truly terrible shop badly run poor staff

Very helpful staff, very knowledgeable, we found exactly what I wanted, I have a strong, waterproof pair of walking shoes.
