Brilliant service ,love there milk,milk shakes and cream lovley, highly recommend.

Offered a trial delivery by salesman with 'no obligation' and agreed. Told after my first delivery I would then get a text asking if I wanted to sign up. All a lie. I was signed up without my permission for regular delivery and bombarded with sales called from all different numbers asking me to set up a direct debit. Links in texts didn't work, form didn't work, no transparency, terrible waste of my time.

Worked here for about a year and enjoyed it. Management are great to work for and will go out of their way for anyone, team leaders all really helpful and all seem to enjoy their jobs, other drivers all do a great job too. Compared to other milk delivery services they're definitely the best of the few I've worked for, all products managed with far more care and attention to food hygiene than any of the other companies.

Offered a free trial, I then called to say thank you and will not continue. There were many questions about who offered the trial, did I keep the flier and read it etc etc. Then I was told it would be chargeable for what I had received. Only once the company had sent a text to me ( one of many) it was mentioned that all products recieved would be charged. False advertising and from reading reviews other customers have found the same. Very unhappy

I worked there as a driver and as team leader. Its a very good job, good pay and get a good laugh with the boys before you leave for you run. Tuesday, friday and Saturdays off. You get to take the van home so as soon as you do you last drop you go straight home. I had to leave due to personal issues otherwise i would still be there today.Graham

Predatory sign-up, will trick you into paying for more than you asked for. Constant up-selling. And difficult to cancel, you're unable to do so online as it's easier to prey on people that way, and when you try to cancel on the phone, they ask for your entire card details and bombard you with more questions. Avoid, and don't answer if they come to your door

You might want to remind your delivery man who deliveres to Saline Dunfermline that his deliveries are done at 2AM in the morning when most people and pets are sleeping and to not keep his headlights on shining them up peoples driveways instead of providing him with a torch, clattering gates and bins and then slamming his doors shut whenever he gets in or out his vehicle. My household and pets get woken every week when he makes his deliveries to my street. Total lack of respect for the neighbourhood by the driver revving his engine angrily because he's clearly un happy in his job.

Deliveries were made at 1.30am meaning milk and juice were left out until 7am and sometimes not good/going warm. Gate was regularly left open or slammed closed. I cancelled in writing as a result before going on holiday however the deliveries continued. When I complained I was told I had to pay a balance of £44.40. I advised that I had cancelled and had had a lot of issues with deliveries, this was ignored. I then still received calls, letters and texts chasing this amount despite cancelling and the poor service. I was not told I had to cancel over the phone at any point and feel something should have been offered in the form of a reduction or clearing the balance under the circumstances. Credit control did not care about the poor experience I had received or that I believed I had cancelled therefore I was being made to pay for wasted products, not forgetting the products that were binned regularly due to being delivered far too early in the morning/late at night. I was asked if I had called about all of this, I work during the opening hours and feel emailing and messaging McQueens on FB should be accepted. Poor service and really disappointed. I've paid the 'debt' which is an outrage but the constant chasing left me no choice unfortunately
