Great place to find what you need

Excellent service and advice and work priced fairly. Timescales were quite a bit longer than estimated but I wasn't in a rush so delay wasn't a problem.

A thorough and professional service of my Yamaha 4 stroke outboard. The team were very busy with a big schedule of jobs so it did take a little longer than expected and an update on progress would have been welcomed. Nevertheless, the engine is working in top order now so very pleased with the outcome. I shall return for any further maintenance and servicing.

I bought a new outboard from West Wales Marine recently and it does not work well, from the first start, it struggles to idle and cuts out often. After the first sad day of using it, I called them and I took it back, and they said it was my fault with unclean fuel (ridiculous), and despite prior to purchase being told that if I have any problems, we have a money back guarantee, actually it is not true and I am left with a very unreliable outboard engine. I have fitted an external filter and worked on it lots, it is still unreliable. I am very disappointed, and will buy online in the future. These things happen. Beware of buying from this shop. It has been a misery for me.
