Much too cold. Asked to alter the air con and told it has to be cold or the coffee beans will expand. You'd think they would put customer comfort first and buy a fridge.

Ok if you want a Luke warm hot chocolate. Service mixed one member of staff friendly- othet not so!! . Chairs have seen better days. Not that clean. Will stick to Costa!!

Went with takeaway cups, both 340ml which is small for other coffee shops. They charged medium and when I arrived home; they were so frothed down that it was almost half a cup. Also tasted terrible, like burnt and badly filtered coffee. Could barely drink it.

Enjoyed a relaxed afternoon here. Good for working or having a cup of tea. The hot chocolate with soya and cappuccino with oat I ordered were served in high quality. The barista was really friendly and professional. Very comfortable spaces and areas. A little bit noisy when it get busy.

Disappointing.. unfriendly service and drinks served in takeaway cups upsetting my young daughter who likes the espresso cups. No music playing.. weird atmosphere like we should leave. Looked like they were closing up two hours early.

I semi-frequent this particular Nero anytime in the area. Staff are always friendly & welcoming and know how to make a life changing coffee (yes that's a thing!).The selection of food is also great!

Usually my go to choice for a quick,easy and accessible coffee however the opening times are sketchy at best. Today states 1730hr on both google and the opening times in store but were shut at 1700hr. Displaying and sticking to the Correct opening times are basics!

Husband ordered take away latte to bring home. Cup is 340ml, which in other places small size,however Nero charges as medium size. Not only was it half full cup but it tasted horrible,burned flavour. Had to pour coffee down the drain. Never again.
