Lauren Frame was amazing throughout the full process. Very professional and also so easy to speak to, she puts you at so much ease. As a first time buyer I had alot of question and Lauren was always on hand to answer for us. She made the process much more relaxing. Rachel Spencer also was amazing, everything was processed so quick and we are now settled in to our lovely home. My husband and I were mortgage 'prisoners' trapped on high rates, for years after Northern Rock went bust, but2 years ago, we went to see Lauren at the mortgage dog. We honestly did not have much hope, but it was the best decision we made.After almost 10 years, we got a great deal. We have recently used Lauren's expertise once again, after our mortgage was up for renewal. She is friendly, polite, patient and extremely good at communicating. This time round we also had Stephen on board to help, and between them both, they dealt with us effectively and efficiently. No question I asked seemed to be a problem.
