I’ve given 5* but would give 10 if I could. We came to the printshop to rectify the absolute disaster of an order of service that we’d had made at a high end London print shop at great expense.Tracy, was enormously helpful - genuinely a life saver. She went far above and beyond in ensuring that our order of services were printed in time, and immaculately. It’s very clear she cares about her work and her clients.I couldn’t recommend Printworks more and will not be going anywhere other than here in future!A far better service, a far better product and a fraction of the price than we have received elsewhere.Not all heroes wear capes, but if they did Tracy’s would be very long!

Hobbs the printers have abandoned Chester. It was only by chance we ask the shop next door of Hobbs shop(what used to be) that she mentioned of Printworks Chester in Commonhall St. So, we found ourselves here in this big office. Did the prints we needed, our 1st encounter with this friendly and helpful lot. There u r folks. That's information 4 u.

I needed a programme for an event at The Storyhouse. Unfortunately my IT skills fell far short of my ambition. However, half an hour spent in this very friendly environment and all the problems were solved.I ended up with a high quality product at a great price.Lovely people and a superb service. What more could you want?
