Between them, Dan and Liz Carter have all aspects of your wellness covered . I’ve been seeing Liz for personal training sessions for several years and have been a patient of Dan’s . They are both extremely professional and knowledgeable and I love the way sessions are tailored to suit me, creating a very bespoke service. They’ve helped my fitness no end and put me back into shape after injury. My non-gym-going husband came along to a session once to see what it was all about and now, years later is still going every week and looks and feels so much better because of it.I can’t recommend Norse Foundation highly enough - it’s a brilliant concept .

Liz runs fabulous boot camps in Clavering twice a week which I have been going to for 7 years !!! Each boot camp is different, challenging, friendly and fun and suitable for all abilities. They run in all weathers, all year round and are highly recommended! My children and I have also been PT customers - Liz is great with juniors when learning about fitness and always makes it fun. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in fitness and is brilliant at what she does.

After a few uncomfortable months following an injury at a sports event I went to see Dan based on a recommendation from a colleague. Luckily for me Dan really knows his stuff and was able to identify the issue and put me on a path to recovery sorting my shoulder out. The sessions were really thorough and video exercises following were always helpful to look back on. Not simply going through the motions like other physios I had been to in past. I felt like I was put first and the response would always be bespoke and targeted to your needs.

I’ve been doing Liz’s bootcamps for around 3 years now, both in person and also the very convenient online versions started over lockdown. Liz makes sure no 2 workouts are the same, always offers up alternatives to every exercise, and she’s always encouraging throughout. Norse Foundation has been brilliant for my husband too who has seen Dan for sports physio and been really impressed with the results he’s had. Cant recommend Norse Foundation enough!

I have been training with Liz at Norse for several years, either in group bootcamps or personal training. The sessions are always different; challenging yet fun and Liz is so lovely, friendly, professional and knowledgable! She works to support my goals, tailoring the sessions where required and I would thoroughly recommend her.

Professional whilst remaining personable!Liz got me prepared to cycle Lands end to John O'Groats for my 60th year celebration. Dan is my body mechanic.......and enables me to enjoy the 'next' challenge! Iconic climbs in the Alps lined up for 2024 and so I will be seeing Norse Foundation again soon!

I always go to Dan as my first port of call for any injury. His skill, knowledge and experience obviously give him 'magic hands'!I've only recently become a customer of Liz's. She really knows her stuff too. Very supportive, encouraging and motivational and am hopeful she'll help me find the inner slimmer, fitter me!

Amazing Duo you have right here! I have been training with Liz for many years and I love it. She knows her stuff and always mixes up the sessions so they are never the same and always keeps me motivated when I don’t really want to be.I have seen Dan for Physio a few times, being a hairdresser causes all sorts of problems and he always manages to figure out the problem and fixes me. He always gave me exercises to take away to do too.I would never think twice about recommending these two. If I could give 10stars I would :)

Dan and Liz are both great to work with. Dan has helped me with various ailments over recent years, always providing relief from pain and solutions to manage it. I’ve recently started training with Liz and have already noticed a marked improvement in my overall strength, core stability and fitness levels. Would not hesitate to recommend them both!

I did personal training with Liz at Norse. It was a great experience. It was always at exactly the right level for my fitness and strength development, leaving me feeling empowered and more capable, rather than exhausted. Liz is great at knowing where you are at and figuring out how best to help you. I would highly recommend personal training with her.
