David our vet had to euthanize our dog and he was so caring and did everything to try to soften the blow of losing our much loved pet. In fact the whole of the practice showed so much empathy towards us for what we went through. David is now treating our cat Simba with the same respect.

The friendliest and most helpful staff. All of our cats are just as happy getting love from the staff there as they are relaxing at home! They're more than willing to go above and beyond to not only help, but also to be mindful of cost. Will always recommend them to anyone!

I cannot rate David highly enough. We've been to various vets over the last 11 years and have never received such consistently excellent service. We've been at Downland for 4 years now as David always has given so much care and attention to our dog, always being extremely thorough and never feels rushed or an inconvenience. Even if we moved, we would still come back just to see him.

This is a brilliant vets. Receptionists help to welcome you and your pet and make it an enjoyable experience for both. Vets take time to explain the situation and to give options. Highly recommend this vets and their pet plans. Better then any others I’ve visited.
