Do not buy from here. They sneak a little T&C in font 0.1 that says 7-10 days AFTER DISPATCH...Which basically means 2 weeks after when they can be arsed. My order cost me £5.99 delivery to send from the US to the UK which then took nearly 3 weeks to come...3 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid, you get some ineffectual halfwit or his wife who sends almost single word replies if/when they can be bothered then ignore you when you prove him wrong. I will be claiming back via my credit card. Please support local companies with better customer service and not giving all their money to the USA!

They have a monopoly on lots of stuff and don't they know it. Ordered 3 springs. Outrageous postage and then 3 weeks delivery. Other companies manage to fulfill orders from the USA much more quickly.Unfortunately they are the only place that sell some things so I will have to keep putting up with this level of service. (Cue the standard reply.....)

Seriously impressed. Phoned to ask if they could get me a mount that wasn't on their website but was in the USA. The 'specially ordered' it from the USA through Brownells USA and the manufacturer directly. It was only a $50 mount but must have cost them more in time and effort to get it for me. Thank you Brownells!

I think these guys are fraudulent have emailed 4 times no reply I called then and left messages for a call back I have told them that I have not received my packages it says its been delivered but I did not receive anything from and they are not getting in touch after I have explained everything to them by emailing them 4 or 5 times

Best Fire Arms dealer in the UK without a doubt. May take slightly longer to receive your items however theres nowhere else in the UK that has the ability to get these Parts etc.. top notch, hassle free! Thank You!

UPDATE - Vicky has since called and the error carried out by another member of staff has been rectified.DISHONEST & UNETHICAL - WILL NEVER RETURN. My grieving mother has been completely taken advantage of by a group of people we have been loyal customers to for many years. Following my father sadly passing away we entrusted Brownells with the sale of his shotgun, which Brownells valued at £750. It was agreed that they would sell the gun and take 10% commission (£75) plus a “small charge” for cleaning it. My mother left the gun with them and didn’t hear anything for a month at which point she called up to be told it had been sold & that Brownells were waiting on the money from the buyer, and when they received it they would send it to her bank account. My mother then noticed that only £445 had been paid into her account, with no further contact from Brownells. Upon querying this low figure, my mother was told that they had had to spend £149 on parts to bring the gun “up to scratch”. At no point during the process did anyone from Brownells make contact to discuss this supposed expenditure or ask for confirmation / agreement. We know many others in the trade who have all agreed that this is disgusting practice and that we had well and truly been “shafted”. We were not even provided with any proof or receipts that this was the genuine amount that had been spent or proof that they had even done any work to it at all, or indeed what they had sold it for!!! Upon my mother querying this again, they produced another £100, meaning that my mother has received £545 in total. At the end of the day the money is not our overall concern; it is the completely unethical treatment by what we thought to be a reputable dealer. As shotgun / firearms licence holders please rest assured that we will never return and have many good friends in the trade who will be doing the same.

First, brownells is a great place to source firearm parts that may be very difficult to do in the UK, in my particular case a set of Daniel Defense sights.Their pricing on some items is a little high, considering optics planet offered the same sights for almost £90 cheaper, but the advantage you have is items not getting stuck at customs and then you having to pay more in the end, so it balances out in the long run.Delivery was quite slow, from order to dispatch took 5 days and delivery took another 9. Unfortunately the £187 sights I'd ordered were only put in a jiffy bag and had been crushed- lucky they are aircraft grade aluminium and didn't sustain any damage.Overall, I'd say my experience was average, if I need any more parts I'll return but I'd take the delivery estimate with a pinch of salt.

I’ve called brownells to ask about one of their advertised products, the person who answered the call wasn’t quite aware of the stock, he mentioned it’s currently in stock but unsure if it’s still for sale (??!) Anyway not a big deal, completely understandable... The surprise comes after I’ve hung up: I’ve been charged almost £5 for nothing! Zero info, but charged. So even if I haven’t got the chance to close any deal with them, I still need to write this review as unsatisfied potential customer so others to be aware of consequences of giving them a call at the number shown on google.Thanks for nothing, YOU should be grateful for my pounds!

I'm very glad Brownells UK exists. I've recently got into shooting here in the UK and unfortunately it can be very difficult to get hold of firearms parts and accessories as most stuff (and the best stuff) comes from the USA. Fortunately Brownells have a large stock of items at their shop in the USA that are sent over to the UK shop quickly. Their stock on their website is actively tracked and updated. I've had multiple orders and no issues at all.I've tried to order shooting related products directly from the USA before and twice I've had delivery's seized by UK customs and either shipped back or destroyed! My point is that I'd rather wait 3 weeks for my order from Brownells and actually receive my items, than risk not getting them at all and loosing my money!People need to realize that ordering things from the USA, TAKES TIME! Brownells have always followed through on my orders.Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful.They're a great company, and in my opinion vital to the UK shooting market.I'll happily continue to order from them in the future!
