It was my first time trying Reiki and Helen made me feel very welcome, comfortable and relaxed in her lovely therapy room. Helen is a very warm open person and makes you feel at ease. Reiki was an amazing experience and although quite emotional I felt incredibly calm afterwards. I would highly recommend and will definitely be booking in again.

After 5 mins I was super relaxed, drifting off into a lovely space. It was like an assisted meditation with blissful home comforts. I fell asleep at one point. I felt great during it and I took that feeling home with me. I’m doing it again.

When I heard about Reiki I didn't really know that much about it. I did a bit of research about it and I was 'hmm ok, not convinced. Asked Helen about it and told her that I was a little sceptical. She then talked to me and explained a bit more of what was involved. She made me understand a bit more, but i was still not sure, she had made me more curious about it, so much so that I wanted to experience it for myself. Well I couldn't get over the feeling I felt after I had experienced it. It was amazing.I then spoke to Helen about more Reiki but this time it wasn't for me it was for my four legged friend. He had not been so well. I asked Helen if she had ever tried doing Reiki on a dog before. Much to my surprise she said that one of her dogs has it from time to time. She then agreed to see how he reacted to it. He absolutely loved it and he was like a changed dog after it. Very chilled and he actually started to improve with his health. Since then every time he see's Helen he makes a beeline for her and does not move until he has had his fix.I am a total convert both for how it made me feel and just how my dog reacted to it and the difference it has made to him.I would without question recommend Helen to everyone. She has a very healing aura.

Great reiki experience in lovely pleasant studio. It was my first experience so felt a little nervous but Helen puts you at ease. Would recommend a visit!

As a newbie to Reiki I wasn't too sure what to expect. Helen was really friendly and warming and put me instantly at ease. The Reiki was deeply relaxing (I even fell asleep!) and Helen had some really interesting feedback on my energies afterwards! The room that the treatment is in, is a lovely peaceful setting. I highly recommend!

Helen was amazing person to have Reiki with on your 1st time. She puts you at ease with her gently voice and explains everything and it left us reinvigorated. We are going to go again. Thanks Helen.
