Great staff, good coffee, cake if you want it (or apples!) and loads of excellent bikes.

After my rear shock failed I was worried I might have had to postpone my tour of Norway. The bike had been booked in for a service so when I arrived the service department swung in to action. Not only did they complete a full service, fitting a new set of tyres in the process, they arranged for the shock unit to be replaced the very next day.I wish to praise the team at Williams Motorrad Manchester for their friendly professional service. I was humbled by their efficiency. Nothing was a bother. I helped myself to the coffee and cake whilst I waited. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.A special shout of thanks to Ian (tech), Rachel, Olivia and Levi (service team).Bike is now loaded and ready for tomorrow’s departure to Norway.

Serviced the RT today, travel from Chester as I have given both Halliwell and Chester Motorrad before them a chance but keep coming back to Williams as they always look after you (had 4 bikes off them so far). Test ride on an F900r while I was there, no fuss or bother from Salesman Gary and the young lady in service, Olivia was lovely. Happy to recommend. Oh yeah and complementary coffee and cake while you wait. Spot on.

Wow what a fantastic all round service from Williams Motorrad Manchester. From arranging the collection of my K1600, to regular phone calls of progress updates and the return of the bike. Everything seemed to be done with customer care at the forefront. The bike looked great when it was delivered and unloaded by Mike, who took great care ensuring everything was satisfactory before leaving.

Picked up my 4th bike from Williams Motorrad in Manchester today, this is the 3rd I've bought from Martin Taylor!As always, the process was fast and smooth, bikes are always amazing from Williams which goes without saying!These guys really can't do enough for their customers!Martin really knows me and finds the right bike every time!

I arrived 30 mins early for my appointment [8am] and the sales guys welcomed me in from the cold and set me up with a hot coffee. Brilliant!All the staff were friendly, Levi in the service department dealt with my repairs in a very professional manner.Most definitely my new BMW dealership of choice!..... Before I forget I must mention Olivia, a more helpful, friendly first point of contact you could not wish to hope for.Thanks guys,I will be back with all my BMW needs!
