Lovely, professional, and friendly staff. Helped me to remove the links to my watch (which, I had not purchased from them) free of charge. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking to purchase a luxury watch in Winchester.

Great service.... We were looked after by Matt, who was very knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. The shop is bright, clean and you immediately feel at home when you enter. You are welcomed into the store, looked after and not rushed.This jewellers holds a good breadth of stock and I would certainly recommend if you were looking for a jewelers for that something special.

Pretty disappointed with Burrells. My husband and I attended a few weekends ago and was interested in a ladies Longines watch. After spending a bit of time with your colleague, taking our details, it was left that you were going to contact Longines and order this watch in for us. A week later, no contact. My husband called (after no contact from your side, when you were meant to call and confirm a few days after our visit) and you hadn’t spoken to Longines to order the watch in.A few days later we called you again and you still hadn’t ordered the watch in. Some excuse about a lady in your team needing to speak with them directly and she was going to call straight back. She never did.We’ve had nothing from you. It seems you’re too busy for our custom so we’ve gone elsewhere. Disappointed in the lack of customer service and your dishonestly. We’ve gone to Fraser Hart in Newbury who have been awesome.Don’t tend leave many reviews but you really did waste our time.

Today l took my watch in as l had damaged it. From the time we walked in we received exceptional customer service and the 2 chaps that took care of us were professional and knowledgeable.Would not hesitate in recommending them for repairs and the jewellery is fabulous!

What a fantastic jewellers. The staff are so nice and helpful.We just purchased an engagement ring with a Rock of a diamond, and the staff were so helpful with allowing us to choose a really fabulous gem stone.We saw the rings in the window and went in to have a closer look, and I so glad we did.Initially, we walked away but came back the next day for another look.We also bought a pair of platinum wedding bands.Fabulous shop with really high quality items and staffed by some really nice people.A real pleasure to shop here... !!!Thank you.

I was initially cautious of the website as the outlet prices were so low but after realising they had a store I was happy to proceed. After ordering I called to confirm everything was okay and I received my watch the next day!Great customer service, everyone I spoke to was happy to help, 100% recommend and would order from them again.

Burrells has delivered above and beyond my expectations, acting with honesty and integrity - which is something other jewellers I have dealt with can learn from. Absolutely impressed with my experience with Burrells Winchester. Jo the ASM made my year with fixing my ring. She went above and beyond. My ring is now fixed and is beautiful and shiny. Thank you so much.
