Flizzr Car Rental

My experience with Flizzr Car Rental was unfortunately marred by a highly unpleasant interaction with their representative, Ivan, on 11-11-2023. Attempting to clarify a pre-rental query through the chat service turned into an encounter that left much to be desired.Ivan's communication style was not only rude but also reflected a severe lack of professionalism and customer service skills. It felt as though he harboured disdain for his role, and his responses were anything but helpful. Please see the posted photo of his remarks to my honest rating of our interactions, which I have in full, btw. It was a stark reminder of the importance of positive customer interactions.Regrettably, Ivan's ill-mannered approach had a significant impact, dissuading me from proceeding with the booking. The encounter left a lasting negative impression, and I would caution others to exercise caution when dealing with Flizzr.While I acknowledge that individual experiences can vary, it's crucial for customer service representatives to uphold a standard of professionalism and courtesy. In this instance, the encounter with Ivan fell far short of these expectations, and it's my hope that Flizzr addresses such issues to ensure a more positive customer experience for others.

Absolutely awful company with zero customer service or respect. Money grabbers. Do not trust or book with them. I certainly never will again after my terrible experience in Dublin recently

Een auto gehuurd in Fes(Marokko). Bij het ophalen op airport Fes werd er een rondje gemaakt om de auto te controleren op schade. auto had wat krasjes en een klein deukje. Dit werd genoteerd en kreeg hiervan geen bewijs maar zou gelijk via de mail opgestuurd worden. Dit kon ik niet controleren aangezien ik geen internet verbinding had. Bij aankomst op ons vakantie adres met internet verbinding, was er nog steeds geen mail binnen van Flizzr. Nietsvermoedend onze vakantie voortgezet. Helaas bij het inleveren was er niemand te bekennen. Volgens het contract moesten wij de auto om 6:30 inleveren. Om 7:00 was er nog niemand. Om 7:30 ging onze vlucht. Op aanraden van het douane personeel konden wij de sleutels achterlaten in de brievenbus van het bureau op de parkeerplaats van airport. Deze douane gaf aan dat dit vaker voorkwam om mensen op te lichten. Bij aankomst in Nederland werden wij gebeld dat de auto flinke schade heeft en deze op ons verhaald werd. Zij hadden immers een bedrag van €1500 gereserveerd. Gelukkig hebben wij daarvoor foto's enopnames genomen van de auto waaruit blijkt dat er geen schade is.uiteindelijk hebben ze €69 afgeboekt. Waarvoor dat is weet ik niet.Bij deze een waarschuwing voor iedereen."

Avoid this company like the plague. Customer service is non existent, they do as much as they can to incur extra costs on you, if you don't provide the car back with a full tank of petrol they charge 300% mark up. I was also involved in an accident and have proved that I was not at fault, however they are still trying to claim the damages from me, 3 years later.
