My first visit today was an absolute pleasure.Even with strict covid measures in place, the beauty experience was great. My hair is perfect and exactly as I wanted. I will be back!

Lovely comforting place to get ur hair coloured, permed or cut. The most friendliest of staff, who always succeseed in making you look and feel your best. I would totally recommend this salon for a lovely experience

Recently moved into the area and was recommended Embellish. What a great experience! From getting a quick appointment, a thorough consultation and expert colour/cut/blow-dry. I am very happy with the service and level of expertise at this salon. And I love my hair. This is my new salon. Would highly recommend.

Can’t recommend this salon enough! The girls are really lovely and am always so please with my results! Liza has been cutting my hair for years and has now created an amazing salon of her own with such a welcoming atmosphere!

I unfortunately had a bad experience. I asked for a cut to remove all dead ends (which I got) but layers were cut into my hair. I do not have layers as I like my hair thick and one length. I only knew she had cut layers when she asked if I have layers in the back aswell. I thought 'aswell?!', but it was too late for the front of my hair. I told her I don't have layers and she then told me she has 'shaped' the front of my hair, as if she had done me a favour, which I had not asked for. I was very unhappy but am not confrontational so paid the £47 and left. I already have post partum hair loss, and now my hair is thinner because of these layers. I didn't like the way my hair sat so went to a different salon who commented how blocky the front was and the back was an inch longer than the front. I dont feel she took to assess my hair or discuss the cut. I don't plan on returning.

Henri did an AMAZING job of my hair for my wedding on 29th March 2018! See the photos attached. We had a trial, and I bought a photo I found online of what I wanted, the first attempt wasn't perfect and Hanri was absolutely great with the feedback and second time round was perfect (we did the second attempt during the same session / didn't cost me extra, and she made sure she had time). Hanri is very calm, approachable and helpful, which I really appreciated as it was so important that my hair looked perfect it was great have someone I could feel comfortable saying 'can we try that again' with. Prices very reasonable too. Hanri comes HIGHLY recommend!

Honestly I don't think this hairdressers is qualified. I wasn't happy with the haircut. I showed pictures of how I wanted my hair cut, I wanted choppy layers, a long side fringe, layers in the back and below shoulder length. But I didn't get any of those, my hair ended up too short and puffed out. I also asked about highlights, the woman didn't listen to the colour that I was enquiring about possibly having, I told her I'd never dyed my hair before and that I would need a patch test first and she said that I wouldn't need one. Everyone knows you're supposed to have a patch test before dying hair !!
